Orientation was a damn big blast! Had so much fun. Our camp theme was pirates. Arr mateys! I was in Captain hook. Nickname? Hookers. Yeah. It was really amusing. I begin to grow fond of that title.
Let's see.
Day 1 - Wednesday
Played ice breaking games and other dry games.
Day2 - Thursday
We were briefed of the combinations available. Then was the mass dance. It was fun. And the couple dance I got paired with another girl. Lucky ain't I.
Day3 - Friday
We had our mass dance again. This time couple dance everybody was paired up, boy-girl. But in the end no one really cares, cause everybody was busy enjoying ourselves. Oh, then came the wet games. At the end of the day. I had ketchup, flour, eggs, water, bits of grass oh and some mud all over me. Then when one of the OGL walk pass the whole bunch of us. He said "Phew, they smell like rats." Trust me, the smell was damn putrid.
Campfire night was also great. All the performance were real nice.
The whole Orientation was so fun because like, 70% of the people were really enthusiastic. The whole lot of us kept cheering and the leaders had a hard time to quiet us down.
Speaking of leaders, the OGLs and Councillors were all damn nice! Their don't act like drill sergeants or anything, everyone is just so friendly here.
The fun part was sucking up to the station masters and we have to like cheer those "we love you" stuff.
Sigghh. How I wish Orientation can last for a week instead.
Before I go, here's wishing Kelly a belated belated Happy 17Th Birthday! I lost track of the time, many apologies Kelly Zhu Mei Chun! Lol.
Ps: Ohoh! I'm sunburn!! Damn wohoo! I can't remember when was the last time I had a sunburn. It stings when I scrunch up my face. Loving every moment of it!
