I don't know why - but waiting for this last paper to pass by seems to be excruciatingly slow. Hmm oh well.
Biz com is so not giving me the confidence i need. Especially a flip at past year's exams and answers, and finding that the answers contain ridiculous ones such as "(i dont know)" isn't helping!!
Anyway, i think McDonald's marketing plan is "ultimate brillance of all brillance" as i told my sister.
I saw her fiddling with the monopoly thingy one day and I told her, smirking, that she had fallen so easily into the hands of marketing. She didn't deny, just laughed sheepishly and pushed some of the monopoly pieces to me, to help her complete the board.
Few minutes later, I found that I was going to eat back on my words, for I too, was bent over the table, eagerly trying to find three in a row colours to complete a set and win a prize. I was squealing along with her - when we pried the new pieces of we will be chanting of the locations we still lacked. Like " Sentosa Cove!!" or "Thompson Road".
Somehow, it's so addictive that you just have the urge to keep buying McD to complete the sets. Insanely brillant huh??! Besides seeing an increase in their sales and profit which I think WE will aid them - they will not necessarily give out ALL the prizes as some people hold the winning ticket, but not being a fan of such... playthings, will simply throw the vital piece of paper away, a.k.a cutting some cost for them too. But not at the expense of making people think that they really are cutting cost.
Alright, my fascination with this whole... monopoly shall stop here for now. I'm definitely going to increase my trips to McD these few days though!
Thompson road! Orchard road! Sentosa covee!!
